For all those who question if the owner knows about ADA--do you? I just looked it up. A store needs to have aisles that are 36 inches wide and where that is not possible, they need floor staff to help. I've been in this store, and though I've not measured her aisles, I think they are wide enough. There are also very friendly floor staff who could help a person find merchandise. I hope people will hold judgement until they hear both sides.
