I am living the dream! My dream anyway. My client, Swim Bike Run in Town and Country, provides the dream's setting.  Through working for this multi-sport athlete destination, I am able to merge my creative marketing needs with my fitness and wellness goals. Win, win, and at least finish (referencing tris with "finish"!)

I grew up in AZ, and never once in school did I obtain the president's physical fitness award. I just couldn't run. It's never too late. I now run miles faster than my teen years. Last year, at 42 I did my first triathlon with friends in Malibu and was hooked.  I am planning my upcoming race season and want to share a newbie or not-born-an-athlete perspective through my fitness and wellness blog, and hopefully encourage others to live their dreams too.
