Town and Country Arrests Get Man 60 Months in Prison

Robert Page of Massachusetts has been sentenced in connection with a case that involved the theft of credit cards and arrests at a Town and Country health club.

A Massachusetts man was sentenced Wednesday to five years in prison for a credit-card fraud case investigated by the Town and Country Police Department, the Clayton Police Department and the U.S. Secret Service. Robert Page, 48, also will have to pay $38,000 in restitution. The Fall River, MA, resident is suspected of having traveled to St. Louis several times in 2010 to take credit cards from health club lockers, court documents referenced in the release state. Two Massachusetts men arrested at Town and Country's Wellbridge Athletic Club for credit card fraud were sentenced in federal court Wednesday, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

The sentence was much to severe. With a sentence that is for 5-7 years there should be no restitution. Appeal the case.   more ›
