She was arrested in a jurisdiction. Other jurisdictions investigating similar crimes now have forensics available to cross match. She got busted in one city then other cities find the first forensics match thus multiple arrests and charges. 2bad4her - she can't get concurrent sentences in separate incidents. Each are tried on their own. Lots more jail time in her future. .   more ›

St. Louis County 10 Most Wanted Fugitives

To report a sighting of this person or any of the individuals on St. Louis County's Most Wanted list, please call 314-615-4692 or contact St. Louis Regional Crimestoppers at 866-371-8477 (TIPS).

The St. Louis County Police Department website updates its 10 Most Wanted list as fugitives are apprehended. The list currently includes suspects wanted for child kidnapping, robbery, assaulting an officer, felony domestic assault, stealing, statutory rape, armed criminal action, and distributing and manufacturing controlled substances and resisting arrest. Among current suspects is Bernard Toler, whose photo accompanies this article. His last known address was in St. Louis, and he is wanted for forgery and burglary. Mug Shots Released of Three Arrested in Manchester Meth Lab Fire

Three people are charged in connection to the March 22 meth lab explosion in the basement of a Manchester neighborhood. One already has a suspended prison sentence for a prior drug charge.

Manchester police released the mug shots of the three people arrested after a meth lab exploded and caught fire on March 22 1105 Holgate Drive. (Read Previous Story: Drug Lab Blamed For Manchester Home Explosion)  "Warrants wil be sought for the charges," Manchester Police Captain Charles Hunn tells Patch. "It's an ongoing investigation." Hunn said all three people have been charged and he initially expected warrants to be applied for Monday at the St. Louis County Prosecutors Office, but that has been delayed.  None of the three arrested the night of the explosion are from Manchester, but come from surrounding communities.
