New Neighborhood, Budget, Creek and Road Repairs Before Manchester Aldermen

At Monday night's Manchester Board of Aldermen meeting, a vote could come to approve Manchester's 2013 fiscal year budget.  As previously reported by Patch, David Tuberty, director of finance for the city of Manchester, gave a presentation on the proposed 2013 fiscal budget at the last board of aldermen meeting. Tuberty said the city calculated that there would be projected revenue of all funds combined of $18 million with projected expenditures of $17.6 million for the overall 2013 budget.  Aldermen are also set to discuss applying for a grant in conjunction with the City of Ballwin for repairs to Henry Avenue.
