Halloween 2012: When is Trick-or-Treating in Town and Country and Manchester?

Some events—like Manchester's Halloween Festival took place over the weekend, but as far as the kids going door-to-door, police departments in both Town and Country and Manchester do not have set hours designated for trick-or-treaters so it's up to the parents. If you see a Manchester police car, be sure to visit. Officers will be giving away candy on Halloween night.
