The school wants to build a three-story, 87,500 square foot building to be used to house the School of Health Professions. A final site development plan was presented by engineers and reviewed by aldermen Monday night. The new building would replace the Duchesne Residence Hall that is set to be demolished. A parking lot will also be built as part of the site plan.  George Stock with Stock and Associates Consulting Engineers told aldermen that the Duchesne dormitory is a two story, approximately 80,000 square foot building.
