If you have old and unused electronics, the City of Town and Country is offering you the opportunity to dispose of them properly and for free. You don't have to be a resident. You simply drop your items off!
The City of Town and Country is working with RNA Worldwide to offer free electronic recycling from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 23 at the Town and Country Municipal Center. The event is sponsored by the Town & Country Green Team Commission. You do not have to be a resident of Town and Country to participate in the event. MoDOT made the announcement this week. One of the awards pertains to the Route 141 expansion project in West St. Louis County.

One of the awards is for the Route 141 expansion project that runs through Town and Country, Chesterfield, Creve Coeur and Maryland Heights. More details on how the department recycled during that road project are included in the following news release provided by MoDOT. RNA Worldwide said Manchester's electronics recycling program continues to grow and donated $500 to the city's Shop with a Cop program.
The City of Manchester began holding monthly electronics recycling events for residents in July. (Read Previous Story: RNA Worldwide Holding Monthly Electronics, Appliance Recycling in Manchester) As previously reported by Patch, RNA Worldwide holds the recycling events from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the lower parking lot of Schroeder Park on the third Saturday of every month. Prior to July, RNA and the City of Manchester only held two e-cycling events, but the company told city leaders earlier this year that there is a high enough demand for additional collections.
