Randall's Wine and Spirits recently opened its fourth location right next door to Weekends Only in the Manchester Highlands Shopping Complex. "This is their fourth store in the metropolitan area. We're happy that they've selected Manchester for their fourth store location," Franz Kraintz, Manchester's director of planning, zoning and economic development, tells Patch.
