Property Damage, Theft Top Recent Manchester Crime

Manchester police report possible identity theft, a pricey stolen bike and property damage in this most recent edition of police blotter.

July 13: 1200 block Pinyon Drive Property Damage: Detectives are investigating after a resident said his car’s passenger side door was damaged. July 14: 1000 block LaBonne Parkway Identity Theft: A woman contacted police after a credit collection agency sent her a letter claiming she owed for unpaid auto insurance.  Police said the letter referenced an auto she doesn’t own.  Detectives are now investigating.  July 17:800 block Heron Woods Drive Stealing: A man's $1,500 bike was stolen after he left it on the back of his sport …

Manchester Property Damage Caught on Camera

A number of recent property damage calls have come into Manchester police, including car clotting one crime caught on surveillance video at the Manchester Aquatic Center.

July 8: 1200 block Forest Parkway Drive Property Damage: A resident called police and said the passenger side window of his car was broken out. However, the victim’s wallet and GPS which were in the car were not stolen. July 7: 300 block Old Meramec Station Road Property Damage: A surveillance camera caught someone climbing the fence at the Manchester Aquatic Center pool. Dog in Car Lands Owner in Jail

Walmart customer wanted by police gets busted by man's best friend.

The following information was supplied by the Manchester Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made. MANCHESTER, MO -- On June 19, Manchester police responded to a call at a local Walmart. According to police, the initial call was for an animal complaint, but it ended in a fugitive arrest.  During the call for a dog left unattended in a car in the Manchester Highland's Walmart parking lot, police found that the dog’s owner was wanted on charges from another police department. Just the other day I went to Walmart, it was 83 degree's outside, little breeze. A poor beautiful white puppy was locked in a truck in the full sun and was desperately trying to escape through the 1/3 rolled down window. Fugitive Found, Dog Bite and Burglary Top Manchester Crimes

A person wanted in Town and Country gets caught for speeding and a rottweiler sends a jogger to the hospital in this most recent edition of Manchester police blotter.

The following information was supplied by the Manchester Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made. May 9: 800 block of Park Terrace Property Damage: A woman come home to find her drainage pipe had been cut into several pieces. No word on a damage estimate.  May 12: 14600 block of Manchester Road Stealing: A woman told police that while her car was being repaired at a local auto shop, her license plates were stolen. Jewelry Thefts Top Manchester Police Blotter

Almost $1,500 in jewelry was stolen from one Manchester home in this most recent police blotter. The following information was supplied by the Manchester Police Department.

May 2: 700 block of Chancellor Heights Drive Burglary: A woman told police that someone broke into her home through her locked patio doors. The resident noticed the doors were left ajar when she returned home. Police said several rooms were ransacked and jewelry boxes opened. No word on what was stolen or a value. May 2: 200 block of Highlands Boulevard Drive Stealing: Two men left the Manchester Highlands Walmart with two televisions in their car. They did not pay for them and a sales associate tried to stop them, but was unsuccessful. Police are reviewing surveillance video and have not reported any …

Drug Arrests Top Latest Town & Country Crimes

Town & Country police report drug arrests and theft in this most recent police blotter.

The following information was supplied by the Town and Country Police Department. March 26: 14300 block of South Outer 40  Controlled Substance Arrest: Police report that just before 1:00 a.m. an officer observed a person in a vehicle parked behind businesses. The officer found a substance believed to be marijuana and arrested a 30-year old male, who resides in the 800 block of Stone Bluff Court in Chesterfield. He has since been released on bond. March 26: 3015 N. Ballas Road  Stealing: Police report $100 was stolen from a patient’s room at Missouri Baptist Medical Center between 1 p.m. on March 26 and 2 p.m. on March 27. Theft Tops Most Recent Manchester Crimes

Feb 29: 300 block of Morewood Drive Stealing: A resident chased a male after he was reportedly spotted rummaging through a neighbors vehicle.  After the chase, the resident called police who were able to locate the suspicious male. Police said he was located and arrested, along with a second subject. Police said the two were working together. Feb 25: 300 block of Autumn Creek Drive Stealing: A taxi driver reported driving two passengers from downtown St. Louis to an apartment building. Sept. 29: 800 block Sulphur Springs Road Peace Disturbance: Police said a car was traveling on Sulphur Springs Road with the radio so loud it could be heard from more than 100 feet away. Oct. 1: 800 block of Hanna Road   Stealing from an Auto: Police said three males were seen tampering with cars in the Parkway South High School parking lot.
