UPDATED: 11:4O a.m. Tuesday- Area drivers should expect traffic delays to and from downtown St. Louis Tuesday with the Cardinals playoff game taking place during a campaign visit from President Obama. The Cards play the Philadelphia Phillies at 4 p.m. in St. Louis at Busch Stadium Tuesday. President Obama is scheduled to attend a fundraiser taking place at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown St. Louis from 5 to 8 p.m. According to the The White House itinerary, Obama is expected at Lambert International Airport at 5:25 p.m. He's scheduled to make a statement at the Renaissance Hotel at 6:25 p.m. then make another appearance at a private residence at 7:35 p.m. The president is expected back on Air Force One at Lambert at 9 p.m. for departure …
