Man Faces Third DWI Charge in Town and Country

James Gianoulakis has two previous DWI convictions, one in Franklin County and another in Columbia, MO.

A Rock Hill man, who was charged with driving drunk in Town and Country, faces what would be his third driving while intoxicated incident if he’s convicted. James Gianoulakis, 32, of the 2700 block of Bremerton Road in Rock Hill, was charged March 7 with DWI as a persistent offender. He has two previous DWI convictions, one in April 2012 in Franklin County and another in 2003 in Columbia, MO. Manchester Motorcyclist Faces Third DWI Charge in Four Years

Manchester Police said the man had his headlight switched off at night and was swerving on Sulphur Spring Road.

A Manchester man faces a felony driving charge after police pulled him over in July 2011. Justin E. Edmonds, 27, of the 400 block of Chamberlin Drive in Manchester, was charged Jan. 31 with driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender. (For instant news updates follow Patch on Facebook and Twitter.) Manchester Police said Edmonds was riding a motorcycle at night  with his headlight off on July 3, 2011. An officer said he was swerving and failed to stay on half the roadway in the 1100 block of Sulphur Spring Road. Man Faces Third DWI Charge After Being Pulled Over in Town and Country

The Chesterfield man was charged as a persistent offender, a felony.

A Chesterfield man faces his third alcohol-related driving charge after Town and Country Police pulled him over Jan. 2. Gregory M. Orrick, 49, of the 16300 block of Champion Drive in Chesterfield, was charged Jan. 2 with driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender, a felony. Town and Country Police said officers found Orrick was driving while intoxicated after they pulled him over on westbound Interstate 64 at I-270 at 6:59 p.m. Jan. 2 in Town and Country. Orrick also pleaded guilty to DWI on two occasions, in October 2007 and December 2003. Orrick posted 10 percent of a $20,000 bond and was released from jail …
