Manchester Motorcyclist Faces Third DWI Charge in Four Years
Manchester Police said the man had his headlight switched off at night and was swerving on Sulphur Spring Road.

A Manchester man faces a felony driving charge after police pulled him over in July 2011. Justin E. Edmonds, 27, of the 400 block of Chamberlin Drive in Manchester, was charged Jan. 31 with driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender. An officer said he was swerving and failed to stay on half the roadway in the 1100 block of Sulphur Spring Road.
