Reward Money Increases for Megan Boken Murder

More entities add to reward money for tips that could lead to arrest and conviction of whomever is responsible for murdering Megan Boken, a former Saint Louis University volleyball player killed Saturday in the Central West End of St. Louis.

Megan Boken, 23, a former Saint Louis University (SLU) volleyball player, was shot and killed Saturday afternoon while parked in her car at the intersection of Maryland and North Taylor. Authorities believe she was the victim of a robbery. Police have said there is no evidence to suggest she knew her killer. St. Louis Regional CrimeStoppers asked Patch to help inform St. Louis citizens that the reward dollars for tips leading to arrest and/or conviction of Boken's killer have been increasing. Officer Lisa Pisciotta, St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and executive director of St. Louis Regional CrimeStoppers, said tips are being shared daily.
