Maryville University and Rawlings Sporting Goods partnered to rename Maryville University’s sports management program after the sporting goods company.

Maryville said the new name of the school's program is Rawlings Sport Business Management Program. The university also said the partnership and renaming of the school's sports business management program is a "National First." The partnership will aso allow Maryville's athletics teams to have access to the newest equipment and uniforms, Maryville stated in a news released. Westminster Christian Academy and Maryville University are holding the tournament Friday and Saturday.
The following information was provided by Westminster Christian Academy in a news release. Westminster will co-host a wrestling tournament with Maryville University on Friday, November 30 and on Saturday Dec 1. Twelve high school teams will be competing at Westminster on Friday, and on Saturday, in addition to the high school team competitions, wrestling teams from more than 25 colleges and universities will be competing on campus. Town and Country's Maryville University wants to demolish and old dormitory and build a three-story building in its place to house the School of Health Professions.
Monday night, Town and Country aldermen heard plans for a new building on the Maryville University Campus. (For instant news updates follow Patch on Facebook and Twitter.) The school wants to build a three-story, 87,500 square foot building to be used to house the School of Health Professions. A final site development plan was presented by engineers and reviewed by aldermen Monday night. The new building would replace the Duchesne Residence Hall that is set to be demolished. A parking lot will also be built as part of the site plan. Close to 1,000 Maryville University students, staff and alumni volunteered on service projects across the St. Louis area Tuesday.
Town and Country's Maryville University skipped school Tuesday to conduct a "Day of Service" in the St. Louis area. School officials stated in a news release that 1,000 students, staff and alumni spent the day working on service projects across the region in an effort to give back to the community. As Maryville Reaches Out enters its fifth year, the culture of volunteering and giving back continues to grow on campus.
