Cyclist Struck at Parkway's Barretts Elementary School
A man was reportedly struck by a car while riding his bike through the Barretts Elementary School parking lot Tuesday morning.

Manchester police tell Town and Country-Manchester Patch William Hetlage, 50, of Manchester was struck by a car while riding his bicycle through Barretts Elementary School parking lot around 8:10 a.m. Tuesday. The school is located near the intersection of Carman and Dougherty Ferry roads. Investigators tell Patch a mother had just dropped off her child and was leaving the parking lot when she collided with the cyclist.
