Police said the Thomas Cho stole a camera lens, televisions, a laptop and other items. Cho also is charged with thefts in Kirkwood.

Thomas Cho, 37, of the 2400 block of Rustic Ridge in the West Overland area of unincorporated St. Louis County, was charged March 5 with two counts each of second-degree burglary and felony stealing. A nearly one million dollar firehouse improvement project, a windmill and electronic signs are set to come before the Town and Country Board of Aldermen Monday night.
Town and Country aldermen have a packed agenda Monday night. A public hearing and discussion will be held on the proposal by Covenant Presbyterian Church to build a 19 foot windmill on its property. According to church officials, the windmill will be a teaching tool for elementary students at Covenant Christian School, while providing water for the school’s garden. Aldermen are also set to vote on the request by Trinity Lutheran Church to continue using its electronic sign in front of its church just off Clayton Road. New Covenant Presbyterian wants to build a windmill on its property to use an education tool for students.
Town and Country's New Covenant Presbyterian Church wants to put a 19 foot windmill on its property and it went before the city's planning and zoning commission with its proposal. The church is asking for a conditional use permit to put the windmill in the rear yard of a 1.94 acre lot at 2127 N. Ballas Road. That property is part of three adjoining lots owned by the church. The wind-powered windmill would occupy 40 square feet of ground space. Pastors and officers will hold a day of "remembrance and renewal" in Town and Country on the tenth anniversary of the Sept. 11 terror attacks.
Sunday Covenant Presbyterian Church and the Town and Country Police and Fire Departments will join with other local churches, fire and police departments to hold a day of “remembrance and renewal” to commemorate the 10th anniversary of 9/11.
