Police report that the checks were written on bad accounts, twice in one day.
The following information was supplied by the Manchester Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made. Dec. 11: 300 block Highlands Boulevard Drive Forgery: Police said two checks were written on a "factious account" at the Manchester Highlands Costco. Dec. 11: 300 block Highlands Boulevard Drive Bad Check: Costco reported receiving four bad checks written on a closed checking account.
