Manchester Sets 2013 City Budget

Aldermen approved the 2013 city budget Monday night, however one alderman voted against the proposed budget and cited concerns over revenue projections as one reason.

Manchester aldermen voted 5:1 to approve the proposed 2013 city budget Monday night. However, Alderman Paul Hamill voted against approving the budget. "I think the revenue projections are too high," Hamill tells Patch. He referred to them increasing $400,000 in 2013, from 2012.
