Jahmil Perkins is being held in St. Louis County jail on a $20,000 bond.
The following information was supplied by court documents. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made. Manchester police found a Ballwin man sold several items stolen in a burglary, an officer said. Jahmil Perkins, 35, of the 200 block of Solon Drive in Ballwin, was charged Feb. 8 with receiving stolen property. Manchester Police said Perkins sold jewelry, including silver chains, which were stolen from a home in Manchester during a recent burglary. Police said he sold the jewelry at a store at 14360 Manchester Road. Perkins told police the jewelry belonged to his family. Perkins was being held at St. Louis County jail Friday. Town and Country Police said the woman stole $85,487 in jewelry, coins, sterling silver and other items in seven burglaries.

A former hairdresser for a retirement community was indicted last Wednesday by a St. Louis County grand jury on seven burglary charges after being accused of stealing. As previously reported by Patch, Town and Country Police said Kerri Spink, 39, stole items valued at a total of $85,487 from residents of Garden Villas Retirement Community, 13590 South Outer 40 Road in Town and Country. Spink, 39, of Imperial, faces six second-degree burglary charges, one first-degree burglary charge and three felony stealing charges. Police said Spink stole a master key to rooms in the facility and used the key to enter seven apartments. …

Des Peres police are alerting residents to overnight thefts from cars and reminding them to lock all doors.

One victim also reported a suspicious dark vehicle in the area at the time of one of the crimes. Residents are reminded to lock their car doors. Police are alerting residents that a female was seen tampering with a window to a home Thursday, but left when she noticed a neighbor nearby.

Burglar Foils Unsecure Security Camera A burglar turned around a security camera and apparently deleted any potentially incriminating images Jan. 7 at a Fenton home after breaking into the residence by using a landscaping stone to break the front entry door sidelight. The man broke into the Pasta House restaurant at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport and raided the bar, according to authorities.

A man was arrested by Lambert-St. Louis International Airport security agents after he broke into a closed Pasta House restaurant, leaving his cell phone and alcohol-soaked underwear behind. David M.
