Manchester police say two suspects have been arrested after they struck a man who interrupted a burglary with their car.
The following information was supplied by the Manchester Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made. Manchester police are seeking charges against two people they say struck a man with a car as they fled the scene of a burglary. Investigators said a man was walking his dog May 8 when he noticed "suspicious activiity" in the rear parking lot of 1203 Pinyon Drive just before midnight. The man reportedly asked the person in the parking lot what he was doing, to which the person responded he was "waiting for a friend." A Manchester woman is accused of smashing a cocktail glass into a bartender’s face as she was being removed from a bar in Chesterfield. A Town and Country man faces criminal charges after crashing his motorcycle into a car in Clayton on Friday, injuring another driver. Clayton Police said the motorcyclist was drunk at the time. Neil Kulkarni, 37, of the 13500 block of Weston Park Drive in Town and Country, was charged Friday with second-degree assault. Clayton Police said Kulkarni failed to yield while he was trying to make a left turn at the Hanley Road and Forsyth Road intersection and crashed head-on with a car, injuring the other driver. A Waterloo, IL man faces criminal charges in an accident at Interstate 64 and I-270 in Town and Country. Police said he was driving while intoxicated. (Sign up here for the FREE Patch Newsletter, including Breaking News Alerts.) Ryan Williams, 24, was charged Friday with second-degree assault in the May 17 accident. Town and Country Police said a passenger in Williams' car had cuts and bruises after Williams drove into a guardrail on a ramp leading from I-64 onto I-270. An officer said Williams had slurred speech and smelled of alcohol and refused to take a breathalyzer test. Bond was set at $7,500 for Williams. Demetrie Thomas is now charged in connection to the incident where he allegedly assaulted a woman in a Town and Country neighborhood and tried to rob her.

A man who was assaulted in Ballwin, stopped at a Town and Country gas station for help Thursday night.
According to Town and Country police, they got the call around 9:25 p.m. of a person in need of help at the Phillips 66 gas station near the intersection of Woods Mill and Clayton roads. Police tell Patch the man said he was a victim of an assault in Ballwin and Ballwin police did arrive on the scene to investigate. "It's there investigation now," Corporal Chris Moore told Town and Country -Manchester Patch Thursday night. Moore said an ambulance did arrive on the scene and he believed the apparent assault victim was taken the hospital, but he was not sure which one. No word on on the victims's condition as of late Thursday night.
