St. Louis County DWI Crackdown Results

Here are the results from the Missouri State Highway Patrol's recent DWI saturation in St. Louis County. It focused on finding drunk drivers.

Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) officers released the results in of the crackdown in a news release. Four Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers conducted the enforcement operation on Friday, March 15 in St. Louis County. According to the recent news release, the eight-hour operation netted the following results.

Update: Authorities Say Town and Country Man Killed Wife With 'Instrument'

William Lynn Gunter is charged with first-degree murder in the death of his wife Suzanne.

Update: 3:28 p.m. Wednesday The St. Louis County prosecuting attorney Wednesday charged William Lynn Gunter, 59, with first-degree murder in connection with the death of his wife, Suzanne. He's being held without bond. More Than $500 in Items Stolen From Car in Manchester

Manchester police are investigating recent reports of theft and property damage.

Recent Walmat thefts land four people in police custody, including a store employee.

Man Leaves Bridge Accident, Racks Up Fourth DWI Charge in Two Years

Bart Laster has three previous alcohol-related driving convictions and faces three additional DWI charges, including one in Town and Country.

A St. Charles man faces his fifth DWI charge within the last two years, including one in Town and Country, and his sixth alcohol-related driving charge overall. He was pulled over after leaving an accident scene at the Blanchette Bridge Wednesday, police said. Bart Laster, 40, of the 1000 block of Cole Boulevard in St. Charles, was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender and leaving the scene of an accident. A Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper said Laster was eastbound on Interstate 70 on the Blanchette Bridge when he caused an accident. He left the scene, but was pulled over by …

NEWS NEARBY: Valley Park Man Stabbed Mother's Boyfriend In Fight Over Food, Police Say

St. Louis County Police said Maurice Conner, 24, stabbed the man in the arm after the boyfriend objected to him preparing food for children in his Riverview home.

A Valley Park man is accused of stabbing his mother’s boyfriend in the arm Feb. 11 in Riverview in an argument over food. St. Louis County Impaired Driving Crackdown Results

Here are the results from last weekend's Operation A.R.R.E.S.T. in St. Louis County. It was focused on cracking down on impaired driving.
