Appliance Discounters Store Moves in Off Manchester Road

This West County store is the fourth St. Louis area location for Appliance Discounters.

Appliance Discounters opened its fourth St. Louis location this month off Manchester Road in Ballwin. Located at 15425 Manchester Rd., the store sits in Ballwin Plaza. (For instant news updates follow Patch on Facebook and Twitter.) Owners Denise Bradley and Tony Slyman are brother and sister. They've been in business for three-and-a-half years in the St. Louis area. A ribbon cutting was held last week to officially welcome the store to West County. This new location is in addition to the company's Webster Groves, St. Charles and Arnold locations. Bradley tells Patch this new location is close to their homes and a strategic move. Manchester Free E-Cycling Saturday Morning

The electronics and appliance recycling event runs 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday. You do not have to be a Manchester resident to drop off items.

Saturday morning is the first of the City of Manchester's once-a-month electronics recycling events. (Read Previous Story: RNA Worldwide Holding Monthly Electronics, Appliance Recycling in Manchester) RNA Worldwide will hold the recycling events from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the lower parking lot of Schroeder Park on the third Saturday of every month. Manchester Offers E-Cycling This Saturday

The electronics and appliance recycling event is the first of the city's new monthly e-cycling events.

The City of Manchester's once-a-month recycling event will begin July 21. (Read Previous Story: RNA Worldwide Holding Monthly Electronics, Appliance Recycling in Manchester) RNA Worldwide will hold the recycling events from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the lower parking lot of Schroeder Park on the third Saturday of every month. Residents of the surrounding area are also invited to utilize the recycling event. Electronics and appliances will be accepted.
