A West County man faces his fourth driving while intoxicated charge after Manchester Police pulled him over for driving 19 mph over the speed limit. Michael James Fumo III, 28, of the 900 block of Big Bend Station Road in Valley Park, was charged April 21 with DWI as an aggravated offender. Manchester Police said Fumo was pulled over April 20 for driving 59 mph in a 40 mph zone near the Big Bend Road and Big Bend Station Road intersection in Manchester.
