Manchester Police Bus Tables For Special Olympics

The Manchester Police Department will wait on diners Thursday night at Tucker's Place. Proceeds go to the Special Olympics.

The Manchester Police Department will wait on diners Thursday night. Proceeds go to the Special Olympics.

The fifth annual Clean Up for Special Olympics takes place from 5-10 p.m. at , 14282 Manchester Road.  

Manchester police officers will bus tables, collect donations, and sell Torch Run shirts and hats. The Torch Run, when police officers run a torch through their cities, kicks off the Special Olympics.

The public is invited to dine at Tucker's Place all evening long.

Officer David Ebert said by holding this event, the department has raised close to $25,ooo throughout the last four years for Special Olympics Missouri.
