West County Walk

For 2011, while the money raised will still benefit breast cancer research - our committee decided that we should create our own day - our own identity. When trying to pick a date, we thought.what better way to honor your Mom on Mothers day than to join her for a wonderful 5k walk in Wildwood.

The 2011 West County Walk will be a 5k walk that will start at Lafayette High School in the stadium, after the opening ceremonies and a survivors lap around the track, we will proceed out onto the walking paths along Highway 109 and proceed to Manchester where we will turn left up Manchester for about a mile to the sky foot bridge where we will cross and then come back up Manchester where the walk will end at the Wildwood City Center. There will be shuttle buses running to take you back to your cars at Lafayette High School.

Wildwood YMCA on May 5th from 3-7 :00 pm
Wildwood YMCA on May 6th from 3-7:00 pm

Walk Day Schedule: 7:30 am – Assemble
8:00 am – Speakers
8:15 am – Survivor’s Lap
8:30 am – Walk Begins
