Creve Coeur Sailing Association Sailboat Races

Creve Coeur Sailing Association has sailboat races for members & non members every other Sunday or so, depending on the weather.

We use the East side of the lake because it has the more boat ramps.

WE start setting up boats & tent @ Noon on Sundays & start the countdown @ 1:55 pm and races start at 2:00.   We usually get 3, sometimes 4 races in if the wind is good & the weather is fine.

June 10 is a "Chicken Race".  We have some rubber chickens that you can not "have" in or touch your boat before you cross the finish line.

July 1st is a "Make Up Day" Race IF we lose a day because of weather or unforseen events on the lake.

August 12 is a "Naval Battle" plus a Pot Luck Picnic after the water fun.  The "Naval Battle" is where a bunch of young kids and "old" kids get squit guns and shot each other with the water guns.

October 14 is another "Make Up" Race day if needed.
