CBC Football: Zach Muniz Gives Verbal Pledge To Duke
Muniz, a senior this season at CBC, also had offers from University of Cincinnati and Northern Illinois, among others.
On the eve of the high school football season, a CBC Cadet has announced his plans for college. Senior Cornerback Zach Muniz gave a verbal pledge to Duke University Friday.
He confirmed the news on Twitter. Muniz told Patch he's battled hamstring injuries in the offseason but was still part of a 7 on 7 squad of high school players representing the St. Louis Rams in an NFL tournament last month.
Muniz was named a CBC co-captain heading into his senior season.
