Westminster Christian Academy Students Can Buy Text Books Online

This year the school will allow families to purchase student books on Amazon.com.

students have two options this year when it comes to buying books. They can shop at the school book store or online.

The school is having an advance book sale, which runs tonight from 5-8 p.m.
and Friday from 9 to Noon. The advance sale will be repeated on August 7 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and August 8 from 4-7 p.m.

This is the only time parents can buy books before the start of school at the Westminster Bookstore. The store will only accept cash or check.

The Advance Book Sale will be held in the Scene Shop just inside the middle school entrance. At the sale, you will be able to purchase required books and supplies – listed on the 2012-13 Book List and Supply List – for the first semester. We will inform you when schedules are available on myWestminster (in mid-July) so that you will know the classes in which your student is enrolled. ~Westminster Website.

Parents should bring a copy of their student’s schedule.

New this year is an online text book sale. Now Westminster families can visit an Amazon.com online store that was created by the school. Parents will have the option of buying either new or used textbooks.

Some books will only be available at the school, but school officials said that students can still buy text books during the first week of class. The book store will be open from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.  on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. On Thursday the store opens at 9 a.m.

The school will also be hosting a school uniform swap during the advance booksale.
