Rams Camp at Parkway Central This Week, Post Reports

The St. Louis Rams will hold one of their three hosting high school football player development camps at Parkway Central High School this week.

The St. Louis Rams will hold one of their three hosting high school football player development camps at  this week. 

According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the camp will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at Parkway Central from May 29 through June 1.

Patch contacted Parkway School District officials Friday for confirmation, but did not receive a response by the time this article published.

The Post reports the Rams are holding a total of three camps over the next few weeks. The camps are reportedly free and open to anyone entering grades nine through 12. 

Parkway's is this week, then another camp will be held June 4 - 8 at Festus High School  and from June 18-21 at O’Fallon High School, according to the Post. The publication said the camps are set to include appearances by Rams players, coaches, and alumni.

The camps will reportedly cover on-field techniques and skill development, life skills/character development, time management instruction and guest speakers. 

Twelve students from the camps will be selected by the Rams to represent the team at the NFL High School Player Development 7-on-7 National Tournament, according to the Post. 

The tournament is held in Indianapolis July 12-15.
