New Principal Named For Barretts Elementary School
The Parkway School District named Kelli Moreton as the new principal of Barretts Elementary School.
The named Kelli Moreton as the new principal of .
School officials said in a news release that Moreton will take the postion July 1. She will replace current school principal Tim Dutton whose resignation is effective June 30.
According to the Parkway School District, Moreton began her career in education as an elementary school teacher for the Rockwood School District. She taught fourth grade in Petaluma, CA then moved back to Missouri where she once again taught elementary school for Rockwood School District.

Moreton joined the Parkway district as the assistant principal of Oak Brook Elementary School, then served as the principal of Valley Park Elementary in the Valley Park School District, according to Parkway officials.
