Old Trails Historical Society's Speakers Series

Old Trails Historical Society's Speakers Series presents Beverly Schuetz who will speak on "Germans in St. Louis."  She will trace the amazing history of these immigrants as they made their mark in St. Louis.  She will tell the stories of these hard-working people, the rise of powerful breweries, the Hate-the-Hun movement during WW1 as well as their cultural and social contributions, plus the shocking tales of the Lemp and Busch dynasties.  This FREE program, open to the public, will be held Wednesday, October 17th in the Community Room of the West County EMS & Fire House, 223 Henry Rd., Manchester, MO.  For more information, call Janice at 636-220-7330.
