KIDS ROCK CANCER! begins at Cancer Support Community on Tuesday, 2/8 from 4-5:30pm and will meet for 4 Tuesdays.
This program is in collaboration with Maryville University’s fully accredited music therapy program in the School of Health Professions.
This innovative program is open to children, 8-18, whose family member has a cancer diagnosis. A Certified Music Therapist will help children express thoughts and ideas that they will convert into song (melody and lyrics), perform, and record with instrumentation. Children receive the recording on CD!
