Free Women's Safety Seminar

The Manchester Police Department will host a Women's Safety Seminar led by Sgt. Sherree Waterhouse, a veteran police supervisor and self-defense trainer for more than 20 years. 

Topics include preventive tips women can use to protect themselves, information on weapons and realistic demonstrations by Sgt. Waterhouse.  The program is open to all women age 17 and older.
