Spokes: A New Home Search Tool on CBGundaker.com

Finding a place to call home, is just as important as being near to the essential things in our lives: work, school, family and friends. According to the National Association of Realtors’ Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, 43 percent of home buyers reported convenience to work as a reason for choosing a particular home.

Spokes is Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s handy new online tool that helps home buyers get distance and travel times (driving, biking or walking) between listings and other important places in their life. 

Site visitors simply go to www.CBGundaker.com and look for “Spokes” on the Property Search Results page. Then, they click on “Spokes” and input addresses of significant places in their life, such as work, school, friends, gym or daycare, etc. Listings in the search results will display Spokes locations on the map and list the distance to those locations from that property, including drive time in current conditions.
