An ordinance allowing the creation of a Planned Medical Office district will have a public hearing and first reading before the Town and Country Board of Aldermen Monday, Jan. 13.
The ordinance entails an amendment that would change the zoning of a 15.839-acre property at 599 S. Mason Rd. from a Suburban Estate district to the PMO district, according to a staff report.
The request for a public hearing on the matter was made by BJC Health System, the report states.
Also on the agenda is a proposal by BJC for the architectural review and the approval of a preliminary site development plan for an outpatient pediatric ambulatory center at the same address.
