Politico: Brunner Tied To His Own Plane-gate

The publication reported Tuesday that the U.S. Senate candidate's company was late paying taxes on an aircraft.

Until now, U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill (D-Missouri) had been the source of controversy this election cycle over well-documented problems with paying taxes on an aircraft.

But Tuesday, citing information provided by a "Democratic operative" the website Politico reported that John Brunner (R-Frontenac) was late paying property taxes for a plane owned by his company, Vi-Jon Services.

Check out Politico reporter David Catanese's reporting on the issue, including response from the Brunner campaign.

Doesn't change the fact that McCaskill is another typical corrupt Obama crony that is in Washington to line her own pockets and NOT to represent the wishes of Missouri voters. She lost me permanently when she sold Missouri voters down the river to having the GOVERNMENT ration their healthcare. John Brunner is a fresh face and a businessman. We need ALL Republicans in the Senate, so we can UNDO what horrifying damage has been done to this country. John Brunner is STILL getting MY vote! :)

It sounds like both McCaskill and Brunner paid their taxes as soon as they were notified, so I won't hold that against either one. On healthcare, the stories about rationing (i.e., death panels) has been proven wrong. And making the Senate ALL one party would be a mistake. The ACA would certainly be struck down with over 30 tries by the House and over 30 million people would not have benefits like: no pre-existing condition, children covered until they can get on their feet, 85% of premiums spent on healthcare (not lobbying, bonuses or ads), reduced Medicare donut hole, less emergency room care and many other benefits for the middle class. If it is good for Massachusetts, it's good for the USA. :-)
