According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the dash cam video posted this week shows the events as they unfolded the night of June 5 when ex-Valley Park Mayor Nathan Grellner, who was mayor at the time of this incident, was pulled over in Jefferson County. Grellner was arrested for driving while intoxicated as a result of this incident, the Post reports.

Grellner eventually resigned as mayor in late July, according to the Post, after he faced charges of felony stealing and was reportedly dealing with methamphetamine abuse, for which he underwent treatment.
