Newly elected Ward 4 Alderman Jon Benigas is set to be sworn in to his new position at the meeting. Benigas is filling Alderman David Karney's seat. Benigas ran uncontested for the seat in the April 5 election. He previously served two terms as an alderman for Town and Country from 2005 to 2009.
