The new neighborhood is being constructed at 740 Sulphur Spring Road. Previously
Emergency legislation was enacted Tuesday night and the board voted unanimously to to approve the escrow bill, which is a pretty standard procedure according to city officials.
Currently, only one model home is built in the neighborhood.
City Engineer Ed Blattner said there is no time frame for when the additional seven homes will be built.
"I don't think he's building anymore until he has a buyer," Blattner tells Patch.
