Lawsuit, Hanna Road & Arts Council on Manchester Aldermen Agenda

The Manchester Board of Aldermen is set to discuss a number of issues Monday night. View the full agenda here.

Items Manchester aldermen are set to address Monday night include adjusting the city's budget for the amount of $35,000 for funding to cover the cost of the settlement of a lawsuit. No word on which lawsuit the budget adjustment applies to, but in December Judy DeRose, a former Manchester employee, removed her discrimination lawsuit against Manchester after settling her case privately, according to the Public Access to Court Electronic Records service (PACER).
