Manchester Board of Aldermen Meets Monday Night

The Manchester Board of Aldermen meet Monday night to discuss a packed agenda.

The agenda is packed for Monday night's Manchester Board of Aldermen meeting.

Letters sent to residents during the 2005 election campaign will once again be discussed Monday night. It was brought up at the last board meeting and Manchester City Attorney Patrick Gunn said he wanted to look more closely at the issue of campaign literature sent out to residents by Alderman Don Ryan in 2005 and why the city followed up with letters to residents explaining it did not endorse Ryan or any other political candidate.

In addition, the board is set to continue discussion on posting city expences on the city's website, a resolution proposed by Alderman Bob Tullock. Tullock and Manchester's finance director said it's a feasible plan that should not require extensive additional work by city employees.
