The Manchester Board of Aldermen is set to meet Monday night.

Among items set to be discussed are an adjustment to the city's budget for an additional $43,000 to cover workers' compensation insurance and numerous requests for emergency legislation regarding the new Tuscan Valley Creek Subdivision set to be built at 740 Sulphur Spring Road.

Subdivision developer CJM Investment states in letters to City Administrator Ed Blattner that it is hoping to have certain requests approved quickly so some work, including pouring the neighborhood entrance street, can be completed prior to the arrival of winter weather.
