The Manchester Board of Aldermen is set to meet Tuesday night. Monday's regularly scheduled meeting was moved to Tuesday due to the Presidents Day holiday.

Among items on the agenda, aldermen are set to hear from the owner of Scotty's Fresh Produce Market and Deli who wants to open a second location in Manchester.

A discussion is also scheduled for the city's mosquito control program. City leaders will decide whether to renew Manchester's contract with St. Louis County for mosquito control services.
