Whether it counts or not, the state of Missouri is holding a presidential primary Tuesday and spending an estimated $7 million on what some call nothing more than a "beauty contest."

Missouri republican politicians and political experts Although your vote in the primary won't actually award any delegates to the winner, the message to Missourians is to get out and vote anway.
