The plan would offer four free yard waste pick-up days in November, whether a resident already pays for yard waste service or not. If the resident doesn't currently pay for yard waste service, they'll get it free. If they do currently pay for it, they'll be credited for the month of November. The service would be provided by the resident's current waste hauler: Allied, Meridian or Waste Management. The service will depend on the homeowners current waste hauler.

Aldermen will also discuss the next steps for the Clayton Road Resurfacing and Pedestrian Enhancement Project. Phase one is wrapping up and construction is complete. It begins near , runs past  school and ends just east of Topping Road, near Interstate 270 at Clayton Road. Phase two, which starts east of Topping Road and extends east to Bopp Road is set to begin in fall of 2012 or spring of 2013. Phase three is the pedestrian walkway along Clayton Road over Route 141.
