April 3, 2012 Election Voters Guide

Check out this quick resource for Town and Country and Manchester voters for the April 3, 2012 municipal and county election.

and voters head to the polls Tuesday, April 3. They'll decide on aldermen, county issues and the Parkway School Board.

Polls open at 6 a.m. Tuesday and close at 7 p.m.

Both cities have a contested aldermanic races and Manchester's mayor, although running unopposed, is up for reelection.

WHERE CAN I VOTE?

TOWN AND COUNTRY BOARD OF ALDERMEN

Seven candidates are running for the four open seats in Town and Country. Ward 1 Alderman Nancy Avioli is not running for reelection and Ward 4 Alderman Phil Behnen is the only candidate running unopposed.

  • Ward 1: Dorothy Cooke
  • Ward 1: Richard "Skip" Mange
  • Ward  2: Al Gerber (incumbent)
  • Ward 2: Chuck Lenz
  • Ward 3: Steve Fons (incumbent)
  • Ward 3: Gussie Crawford
  • Ward 4: Phil Behnen

MANCHESTER MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN

Mayor David Willson is up for reelection. That race is uncontested. Of the three aldermen races in Manchester, only one race, Ward 1 with Alderman Hal Roth is contested.

PROPOSITION S

St. Louis County voters will also decide on If passed, the only countywide measure on the April 3 ballot, would issue $100 million in general obligation bonds to renovate unsafe conditions at the County Courthouse and build a new Family Justice Center in downtown Clayton without a tax increase.

People who live in the  will select two of the three candidates for the . The candidates in order of filing are as follows.
