Woman Stealing From Businesses, Police Warn
Town and Country police warn to watch for Shelia Kirkendall. They say she is walking into businesses and stealing from unsuspecting employees.
are warning residents and local businesses to be on the look out for Shelia Kirkendall, 45.
Captain Gary Hoelzer stated in an email to Town and Country - Manchester Patch that Kirkendall isa suspect in a number of thefts that happened this week at 670 Mason Ridge Centre. The office building is located behind the AAA building on North Forty Drive, just east of Mason Road.
Hoelzer stated that Kirkendall enters office buildings and steals wallets from women’s purses. If she is confronted she makes up an excuse and leaves the building.

Hoelzer said Kirkendall has more than 40 arrests for stealing and 17 convictions.
She was also arrested by Town and Country police on March 27 for stealing from .
