Woman Loans Thief Her Phone, Thief Flees
Manchester police are investigating after a woman said someone asked to borrow her cell phone, then took off with it.
The following information was supplied by the Manchester Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made.

Stealing: Victim reports that a subject asked to borrow her cell phone. Upon receiving the cell phone, the subject ran to a car and the car left the scene.
