Two Hospitalized After Crash at Highway 141 and Big Bend Road

One person was reportedly cut from the wreckage after the accident on the outskirts of Manchester.

St. Louis County police said a pick-up truck crashed Monday night near the intersection of Highway 141 and Big Bend Road around 12:15 a.m. Tuesday.

Police said alcohol may have played a role in the crash.

Two people were hospitalized as a result of the accident involving the 2004 Ford F350 pick-up truck.

According to FOX 2 News, the truck hit a concrete post and one person had to be extricated from the wreckage.

Police tell Patch, two 21-year-olds were taken to Mercy Hospital, one with a broken right leg.
